In this chapter of the Psalm the Psalmist describes the blessings to those who fear the Lord and delight in his commandments and their descendants and generations.
The descendants of those who fear the Lord and delight in his commandments will be mighty in the land. And their generations will be blessed.
How they are blessed?
They are blessed by riches and wealth. They are blessed by righteousness which endures forever.
How they are like in the land?
They are mighty and like a light for the upright in the darkness.
They are gracious, merciful and righteous.
They will never be moved from the land, they will be remembered forever.
They are strong and will have no fear of the evil, and their hearts are firm and secure in the Lord.
They have distributed freely, they are given to the poor.
Their horn is exalted in honor.
Now what is stage of the wicked?
They will see the righteous and will be angry.
They gnash their teeth and melt away.
Their desire comes to nothing.
