Behold, the eye of the Lord is on those who fear Him, on those who hope in His mercy, to deliver their soul from death, And to keep them alive in famine. Our soul waits for the Lord; He is our help and our shield. For our heart shall rejoice in Him, Because we have trusted in His holy name. Let Your mercy, O Lord, be upon us, Just as we hope in You.

Dearest Abba, Father, I adore You, my God, and I love You with all my heart. I thank you for the wonderful life You have gifted me, for having adopted me into Your family, and for having preserved me until this day. Protect me while I set out to face the uncertainties the coming day will bring to me. Deliver me from all dangers. May your grace be always with me. O Lord, we pray you to be our ever abiding guest in our homes and drive from it all snares of the enemy. Let Your holy angels dwell in it to preserve us in peace. Let Your blessing be always upon us. O Lord, let the power of the Holy Spirit be always with us; let him purify our hearts, and safeguard us from all harm. Grant this through Christ our Lord, Amen
