The rod Moses carried for 40 years was used by God to deliver the Children of Israel from the giant of slavery. What you hold in your hand can become God’s giant killer.
God is asking you today , “What is in your hand?” It may be the ability to get knowledge about your condition. It may be a new job skill you can acquire. Perhaps its a new attitude you can adopt. It may be a new relationship with God that you need to pursue.
Your new reality is that you don’t have to let that giant terrorize you any longer. There is a choice God wants you to make that will begin the process of removing the giant from your life.
God had a special surprise for David. Killing the giant was not an end in itself. It was God’s way of introducing David to Israel so that when God said it’s time to make David king, David would have standing among the people. God wants to bring great blessing into your life.
Learning to deal with that giant is all part of the process and pathway to rich unexpected blessing. God called us to raise up a generation of giant killers. Until the giants go, you’ll not have the happiness, hope and harmony in your life
STOP saying, “This giant can never be killed.”
