My Well Beloved Jesus Christ, how tender and passionate is Your love for me! Though I have been unfaithful to You, the glow of Your marvelous love for me has never diminished. I am fully aware of my unworthiness. Yet I long to bask in the limitless depths of Your love. I love you, Jesus. You are the love of my life. You are the one my heart yearns for. Jesus, hold me close to you. Let me rest in the security of Your arms forgetting all the cares of this difficult thing called life on earth. O Jesus let me hear Your voice; for your voice is soothing to my ears and it calms all my anxieties. Lean on to me. Let me pour out my heart before you. I know this full well that you understand all that I am going through. But it feels good to talk to You, because I know You listen to me intently and You care about even the smallest details of my life. My life is in a mess. I have gotten into this mess because I was drawn away from You because of the lust of eyes, lust of flesh and pride that I can figure out things on my own. How foolish I have been! I am coming back to you. Restore me and redeem my lost time. Jesus, You are the Lord of my life. I belong to You. Jesus, My Eternal God, I hope in you. I know you will be faithful in all the things you have promised to do. I have confidence in your love for me and your willingness to help me. I trust in your forgiveness and gentleness. I want to rely upon you and your providence in all things. Help me in my times of crisis and uncertainty. As I set out to face the world and all the challenges it will bring today, Jesus, I put on You. Let not anything happen in my life today that we both can’t solve together. Jesus, I am in You and You are in me. I can’t be anything but fruitful and victorious. I am no more inadequate or helpless. Help me to praise Your faithfulness when I am done with today before I go to bed. Sustain me by Your grace so that when my love is uncertain, I may call upon You for strength.
